Little inks with ICC soccer

When Itawamba Community College signed a record eight THS seniors last spring, Logan Little decided he wanted to keep playing with his long-time teammates and friends.

The senior mid-fielder inked with the ICC men’s soccer program Thursday.

Little said ICC head coach Mike Sullivan offered him a chance to play attacking mid-fielder or forward when he gets to Fulton. That opportunity is exactly what he wants at the next level.

“After being around soccer for so long and Coach Sullivan found out what it meant to me, I knew ICC was my option,” said Little.

Little has led Tupelo to the 6A playoffs all three years he’s been a starter. His sophomore year, he had six goals and eight assists. As a junior, he notched ten goals and 16 assists with a Golden Wave team that finished 17-2-2.

Last week, Little was one of 16 North participates selected to play in this year’s MAC All-Star Soccer game in Clinton February 13th.
